Opportunity Snapshot:
Seeking an experienced business analyst interested in becoming a key member of the global supply chain group supporting the Heart Valve Therapy business. This position will be responsible for providing analytic support to inform decisions related to Sales and Operations (S&OP) process with specific focus on master scheduling multiple plants, inventory management and forecast trending. The operations analyst will be expected to provide actionable insight and recommendations to increase overall profitability while meeting cash flow targets.
Responsibilities include:
- Decision analysis of product volume and product mix options across a dynamic manufacturing network
- Analysis of demand and implications to capacity, providing support to operations and finance for capacity expansions decisions
- Business modeling to simulate different manufacturing options and inventory configurations
- Assist in the preparation of content for the executive S&OP meeting, quarterly forecast, and annual operating plan
- Support inventory/distribution improvement projects
Our Requirements:
A minimum of five years of experience is required. Must have extensive JDE knowledge and experience. Experience with Demand Flow Technology (DFT), Lean or Six Sigma is preferred. Business modeling and decision analysis experience supporting Sales and Operations is also preferred. Will consider an Industrial Engineer with experience in operations financials
A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Business/Accounting/Finance/Operations
