Senior Director, 3PL Distribution Solutions

Position Description:

Compensation package in the high $100k's to the mid $200k's range with a very aggressive bonus/incentives program and impressive car allowance.
Lead the strategic growth development, while spearheading my client's warehouse/distribution service offerings throughout their North American operation.
Design the strategic view for my client's Distribution Center Management offerings.
Help manage all pricing, contract negotiations and customer relation's initiatives, while still being able to provide logistical expertise to projects surrounding contract details, site locations, production standards,
Operating Systems, Logistical Concerns and inventory planning.
Create a national warehousing network, as well as an inventory planning and vendor management solution across my client's current and potential North American customer base.
Demonstrate successful solutions management capabilities in all aspects of supply chain operations, specifically warehouse & distribution leadership.
Work with the North American Area Project Line Managers, to drive process discipline, operational standardization and service consistency across the product enterprise.
Develop pricing strategies and methodologies including standard rating factors.
Lead the development of the strategic vision of the Distribution Center Management product line.
Act as a change agent/liaison between operations, engineering and the business development executive teams.
