Full service International Freight Forwarding / Customs Brokerage, providing and Logistics Services for all phases of international and Domestic transportation.

Responsibilities:

The Branch Manager will be responsible for directing the overall operations, and administration, as well as be the permit holder (Brokers License) for the office.

Job Description:

  • Direct customs brokerage, freight forwarding, operations.
  • Work with customers and representatives of transportation companies to evaluate services.
  • Develop and implement plans for excellent customer service and productivity of all employees, and branch operation budget
  • Review costs, productivity, and implement / modify programs as needed to enhance profitable operations.
  • Review operations of competing organizations, plan and direct sales program to maintain and develop new markets
  • Oversee implementation of programs and company established targets

Qualifications:

  • 5 to 8 years management experience in the logistics industry.
  • Licensed Customs Broker
  • Must have international, multi-modal freight forwarding experience
  • Prefer brokerage management, and TPL knowledge
  • Good communications skills.
  • Effective sales and presentation skills.
  • Experience in budget planning, establishing and writing business proposals.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
